More artwork, that is. Things are slowly getting better this year, despite some of my dad's family basically cutting me out of their lives recently (deliberately not invited to large family wedding and christening last month). It makes me realise how good mum's family have been to me, especially when my dad was in the hospice, and afterwards. Even now, they include me in invites, I'm definitely part of that family.
I've been getting more interested in things I used to before: reading, writing, and well, my pixel dolls. Now that I have a new scanner I want to get into more drawing as well. These things all took a backseat since dad died, but I'm starting to feel an interest in them again.
In our house things are more settled. Trinnie is one of the family now. Trip even defended her last month on holiday against another dog that was paying her too much attention (she's a damn flirt). She annoys him, but he defends her because she's part of the family. There aren't many problems with them, they're basically like an old married couple, said and done it all, so there's nothing left to say.
